We here at the Ranch love carrot cake. We also love bunnies. So we made a bunny-shaped carrot cake! You can see the way we made the cake here, and my mom and I made the one with coconut when I was a kid. We just made the Grit carrot cake and cream cheese frosting recipe.
Raoul said he wanted this cake to look like Jumbles, so we added the candy eyes and nose.
With the extra batter we made cupcakes, too. We put our little bunnies as decorations on the top. The little carrots are baby carrots and a little bit of dill for the carrot tops. These cupcakes looked so cute.
